Nitya Vaidya

Product Manager & Former Founder

I started out helping other founders, building an accelerator and putting together programs that got early teams in front of investors. From there, I joined growing startups myself, and eventually built my own.

Paperplane was an AI product that went from an idea to revenue fast. Taking it from zero to one at real scale is still the most formative thing I've done.

I'm currently interested in inference architecture that serves the product instead of the other way around, the economics of attention in software: how much a product asks of someone versus what it gives back, and infrastructure and systems that give small teams unfair advantages.

    paperplane

AI-native product analytics that made products self-improving

We took Paperplane from an idea to paying users in 3 weeks, and hit 5-figure MRR by month 4.

We built agents that read behavioral data, found where users got stuck, and built the fix.

I led a team of 7 across engineering, design, and sales alongside the CTO. On the technical side I owned agent orchestration, data pipelines, retrieval workflows and evals. On the business side I owned product, design, pricing, GTM and investor relations.

First product hire at both. I built internal engineering tools, shipped new features, and owned onboarding and retention.

Lifted onboarding completion 15 points, cut integration deployment time by 30%, and reduced post-launch support tickets by 12% and more.
